Adele Dallas Orr will accept merchandise returns for a full refund within 7 days from date of delivery.  We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered or washed.  All tags must be attached.  A copy of the original invoice with the reason for the return must be included in the shipment.  A Return Advice No. is to be obtained by email from Adele Dallas Orr before the goods are returned.

ADELE DALLAS ORR  DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES  OR RETURNS FOR JEWELRY, PURSES, BODY CARE PRODUCTS OR ANY FASHION ACCESSORIES. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Adele Dallas Orr reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

No, refunds or returns will be accepted on sale merchandice. or Body Care Products, These products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

On Line Purchaces may NOT be returned to Adele Dallas Orr boutiques and must be mailed to Adele Dallas Orr Website  Returns according to the instructions outlined below.

Preparing Your package for Return

Obtain a Return Advice No. by email.

On the front of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase please note  the RA number and the reason for the return on the space provided. 

Place the packing slip and the merchandise you wish to return in a secure package (we advise you keep a copy of your packing slip for your records).  If you do not have your placking slip/orginal invoice  please contact Adele Dallas Orr by email and we will send you a new one.

Gift Returns

Gift Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order.  At this time we cannot offer store credits for the return of gift merchandise.
